[Help Needed] 1975 Gran Torino 3D Model Finishing Help

I have found a 1975 gta 4 1975 Gran Torino mod that I have converted in to ZModeler3 file it just needs to be finished up, with textures and rims fixed, I have made all the other adjustments to I could see the vehicle needed that I was able to figure out how to do but now I'm stuck and don't know how to do the rest. I'm trying to make a Starsky & Hutch livery for it as well. Will someone please message me and take over this mod and finish it up for me.
