(( I'M A MOD NOOB )) Online servers with mods?

So I've been looking on youtube watching players play with their friends on GTA5 Online WITH MODS. They announced that they have a private server? If so, how do I get onto one? I want the online world with housing and garage purchases and maybe drift around with other players. I'm not into pvp blowing people up and stuff. I've been having a REALLY hard time working with mods, I'm pretty sure I messed my OPENIV in some aspects, but it's still functional haha. Any help would be great, how-to is amazing too, I've noticed some mods don't have instructions and it's a brain teaser.

@LeeC2202 I've heard of that but I don't want to risk getting my online account banned. You think if I create a new rockstar account, it would be worth the risk? Or do they ban the IP address so no activity to online is accessible?

@FiilthyGore You should never play GTA: Online with mods enabled. Other scripts like Five Reborn are completely separate from Rockstar's servers and therefore do not run the risk of you getting banned with mods enabled.

@rappo How would I disable all of my mods to play Online again as if I never had mods?
