How do i download and instal mod menu to make it work?

ive been trying everything to make it work, added the hook thing,tried 5 menu, none works, realy need help guys!

Make sure dinput8.dll and scripthookv.dll are inside the main folder.
If the trainer is in .asi format, put it in the main folder as well.

Just to be sure, install community script hook v .net as well.
Also install Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2 or higher. No need to do this step on Windows 10.
And Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package for Visual Studio 2013 (x64).
