How to create real sounds for cars (SFX) of gta 5

Hi guys, I'm going to create real sounds of gta 5 (Maserati, Ferrari, Lamborghini etc ..)
The problem is that there is no tutorial on the web that will explain how to create and use program.
It states that the actual sounds I take them from youtube and then they should convert to insert them in the game.
