i have the 1.36 version,,,,,,,the game runs well,,,,,but when i hit pedestrians ,,,,the game crash

I'm not sure what your issues could be, but I can certainly say that this
gameconfig 
has solved 99.9% of my crashing issues. Maybe you could give it a try.It has plenty options, so don't get confused when you open the archive, just choose one. Remember to backup your original gameconfig before making changes.
