@OGKnowledge said in Bicycle animation bug? Help please..:
err_fil_pack_1
I just looked at a thread on the GTAForums about this and one user there with this error had a clash with LCPDFR, which brings up another option I hadn't considered for some reason. What (if any) script mods are you running? And if you are running any, have you removed them... scripts folder especially but also any asi mods (not ScriptHookV or OpenIV though) as well?
Might have nothing to do with this error but as I say, I am running out of options.

@LeeC2202 Oh waow, why did not think of that, Think cuz the game ran fine when I disabled mod folders, didnt think It was caused from scripts.
You were right man, I deleted the script folder, and it worked! the game finally ran with the patchday1ng folder copied in, loading bicycles properly and allowing all the addons to work.
So i put the scripts folder back in and loaded the mods one by one, they were like a couple only, and what caused it was the "Single Player Apartments" mod. Although there was file called NativeUI.dll that didnt come with that mod but it would cause the same Issue if I kept it. which brings up LCPDFR that you mentioned, I didn't really install it, but I remember going through the installation process of LCPDFR but then deciding not to and retracted my steps. Maybe NativeUI.dlll was from that.
But yeah I can definitely live without SPA if it solved the issue.
Thank you so much for all your assistance, knowledge, advice and your patience man.
Guess this makes this topic /solved

@OGKnowledge Well I'd be lying if I said that was the first time I had seen that mod responsible for problems. Unfortunately, it's been involved many times... but at least we got there.
Happy to have helped...
Now I have to deal with some more bugs, this time they are mine though.

I encountered the same problem as you. I replaced the "update.rpf" in Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\ with the "update.rpf" in Grand Theft Auto V\update\ and I could ride bikes, while my mods didn't work. So I think it may have something to do with "dlclist.xml" and "extratitleupdatedata.meta".
So I added the content of the original "dlclist.xml" and "extratitleupdatedata.meta" to the modified "dlclist.xml" and "extratitleupdatedata.meta" respectively and the problem is solved.
