In GTA IV ( Better than V IMO), we had this feature when we point gun at a Ped in vehicle. They would come out and hands above their head surrendered & talked/begged (bla bla). While in V, they just drive away recklessly. Actually i think we should hav both situations. Sometimes Ped would just drive away makin us shoot at 'em and most of time they surrendered. Again, there are animations of surrender in V so just hav to make 'em do it. Just a misc IV feature i liked.
Note: I knw there is a surrender mod out there but it doesn't do what i mentioned above
