[SOLVED] HOW TO GET REDUX 60 FPS ALL SETTINGS ULTRA-HIGH

So, I see people have redux on their PC with ultra settings with 60FPS. but how do they manage to get 50-60FPS?
I have a GTX1060 6GB and mine goes between 35-50FPS???
Even if I overclock to 2000MHz my gta crashes when loading into the map

@ahmed023 that is only your graphics card. how about your CPU and ram? they are very equally important for fps. and the mode your pci e slot is running at. must be x16
these are very necessary for 1980x1080 HD resolution at very high settings.
ram minimum 8 gb 1600 mhz
cpu quad core i5 with more than 3 mb cache
graphics card with aleast 4gb ram and 16x pci e port speed.

@FoxtrotDelta CPU is i7 6700K, 32GB RAM, where or how can i find the mode my pci e slot is running and if it is x16?

@ahmed023 then it is seriously an issue, of files and software glitch. i have no idea. you can see that with GPU-Z software.

@FoxtrotDelta IMO it could be the graphics card, I have the same specs, except I have a 1080.
6GB isn't enough for me because of my resolution.

@ahmed023 I have an i5, 8gb ram, and a Redeon R9 390 8gb. After overclocking I get 50-60 fps on redux with ultra settings at 1080p. I have dialled the grass and water and reflection down a step though because I don't find much need for those. However, if I use the scaling option in the Advanced Graphics settings, my fps drops down to 35-40 at x1.25. Check to see if you've got scaling enabled!
