[RESOLVED] Last Downloaded - Does it mean anything or is it just random?

I notice that some of my older mods, such as this: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/basic-trainer-with-gamepad-support-net (which hasn't been updated in over a year) show as being downloaded fairly recently. In many cases, when I look it says it was downloaded with in the last 20 minutes, which is hard for me to believe. Is the "last downloaded" counter showing real statistics or is it just random?

@CamxxCore Yes it shows real statistics. that means the mod was downloaded 20 minutes ago. last time. its a working feature.
