How do I block GTA V from updating in the future?

The title says it all. I have a Steam version, and Windows 10. By default, Steam doesn't provide the option to turn updates off for a particular game. But is there any way to block updates for GTA V only through Windows settings?

@Qasimehdi you can play steam in offline mode, but once you go online, the update needs to be downloaded and installed.

@FoxtrotDelta Yes thanks, but I was hoping for a more permanent solution like blocking it with firewall or something. I guess that's not really an option with Steam though!

@Qasimehdi you can block it with antivirus or firewall of windows. but that's the same result you will have to play in offline mode.
