My System is Win10

It cames all the time in the Loading Screen i can Skip and play but i want to start my Scripts too i want drive the new cars hope anyone can help me

@Mongospongo Write dotNet in the title because everyone will think, this is like one of those "When will ScriptHookV be updated?" or "Why does ScriptHookV not working".
But I don't have a clue what it can be but maybe somebody other will help you then.
