Spawned DLC bikes like the Shotaro disappearing in a few seconds after latest update

I wasn't having this problem before but ever since the latest update, spawned DLC vehicles (I've only tested the bikes) disappear even if the character is sitting on them. Is this a general issue after this update or just a problem on my end?

@Qasimehdi use the latest, gameconfig file . compatible with your version of the game, and if that does not help. please use this mod
