[FIXED] Fix translation

Hey rappo, how can i edit words that i've translated long time ago? When i try to edit them they don't want to save. Also i've translated new words, so can you please update translation?

@Vitalik2187836 Are there a lot of edits? If there aren't too many, you can just list them here and I'll approve them. Otherwise while you're translating, you have to make sure to unapprove the previous translation and approve the new one. I've made you a "Reviewer" so you have access to do this now

@Vitalik2187836 I think what you're doing is going through and capitalizing all the phrases? But for Russian I prefer that only the first letter of the phrase is capitalized. It doesn't look right with the entire thing capitalized like "Высоко Оцениваемые Файлы", even though it's written that way in English.

I also have edited some words, added missed punctuation and made some little changes.
