Addon Car - Vehicle Mods not showing.

So I have around 100 addon car mods, Just wanted to add to that by downloading Vans123 Aventador SV car mod and noticed that the addon vehicle mods don't show in game, I have tried changing the <id_value in the Carcols file as seen below:

I have changed this value all the way up to 5000 however no mods show.

Anyone else have a trick up there sleeve for this problem?
