How to replace for the player face(trevor,michael,others...) the generated own face from facegen?

I want to replace face Trevor (model + texture) for from facegen own face. I have only images own face.Face will need to be modify in some 3D modeling program and export to OpenIV.

I ain't sure how to do that, but if I were you I wouldn't waste your time. I'd just use the MP freemode characters via Menyoo (https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp). Menyoo should have a feature where you can adjust body and facial features such as jaws, ears, nose, forehead, whether the character is to be fat, skinny, or muscular, whatever Rockstar made available for the freemode player characters.
