White screen on Highbeams

Hi, I need help on how to fix a bug that recently happened when i loaded up my GTA. On some addon cars, when i turn on the headlights, all i see is this massive aura of light that takes up the entire screen. Any idea on how to fix this? I would greatly appreciate it!
