Rockstar AntiCheat

Does anyone know of any mod menus that have Rockstar ONLINE AntiCheat and are free? I know of one from Aimware for $110 but that is way too much. I just don't want to get banned and want to play for free. xTurtle(YouTuber) used the expensive client in one of his videos.
