Need help on GTA 5 Mods

Hello, I am using OpenIV to install car mods. My issue is when i install 1st car mods is working fine but when i install the 2nd car mods it crash on the loading screen of the story mode. When i remove the 2nd car mods the game run smooth again. Request Help.

Why don't you change gameconfig.xml? Go to here ->https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars.
