After I installed the Script Hook V .NET 2.9.4 . When entering the game hangs on loading screen ... please help me

That was happening with me too. What I did to fix it was remove mods until I found a culprit and it didn't freeze. quick tip; try removing your whole mods folder and see if it freezes still. If it doesn't then start removing mods and checking to see which one is the problem. This isn't a guaranteed fix but it worked for me so hopefully it works for you.

@myskils Did you install any mods after installing ScriptHookV.Net?

@myskils @jehu58 Use the 2.9.3 version. They changed the assembly and therefor the most scripts are not working anymore: https://github.com/crosire/scripthookvdotnet/releases/download/v2.9.3/ScriptHookVDotNet.zip (Will instant download the 2.9.3 version.)

@myskils Try getting the latest version of 2.9.4
The first version of 2.9.4 they released was messed up big time, caused all sorts of problems with NativeUI in particular. They then released an updated 2.9.4 (completely defeating the point of version numbers) that didn't break NativeUI. That's the version I now build all my mods against and they all work fine.
You will be able to tell if you have got the latest version, because the first one was named ScriptHookVDotNet2.asi and the new version has dropped the 2 from the name and gone back to ScriptHookVDotNet.asi
