[MISC] Complete Melee Combat Overhaul (Martial Arts Mod)

Ohai everybody. Would a complete melee overhaul be possible in GTAV? What I mean is a complete change of the animations & move sets to make it a lot more deep & complex.
The current system is unsatisfying imho, but I think we can make it a lot more fun & rewarding to beat down everyone in sight via adding things like blocking, combos, a much bigger variety of dodges & overall attacks the player can use, with or without melee weapons(or even ranged weapons if you wanna go that far :P).

I was thinking about this lately. Adjusting current animations to make a pseudo-martial arts mod might be feasible through scripting, but a fully fleshed-out mod will require animation editing. Unfortunately that's not possible yet, but I hope it will be soon

Adding changable death animations for the cool combos you use on NPCs would be neat to add, too. I've seen that in a lot of games, where they usually die after the combo is finished. Example: In Saints Row 2, when you throw them a punch enough times, your character (maybe depending on your combat style) will bitch slap the opposing character, dying upon exiting the sequence. (console control is R2 or RT, don't know for PC, cause I haven't played it on PC yet.)
To me, that's a pretty decent example of death animations used in combos. (I think some games use the same animations for separate character models.)

@stillhere Well, we did get the ability to add in vehicles/weapons without replacing existing ones. I'm sure that ability will come eventually.
