Is there any way to increase the size of the input window in the chat box?

I know you can click on the arrows to make the whole chat window bigger but no matter how big you make it, you're still left with the single-line entry window at the bottom.
I suspect like most chat systems, it is designed for exchanging short spurts of text... which is fine when you're in that kind of discussion. But when I get into discussions that involve code segments, it's really hard to work in a single line window.
Is there any option that I have missed than can make this bigger, or is it just a limitation of the NodeBB system?

@LeeC2202 I don't think there's a way to do it right now, and it doesn't look like a feature of NodeBB. I may be able to make some adjustments, but no promises, sorry.

@rappo No worries, I can use notepad and paste them in but it also doesn't like comments that are too long... it just takes a bit of juggling but it's okay.
