My game crashes or gets a memory error every time I try to run it

So I recently downloaded about 5 add on cars and then tried to run the game but it crashed. I looked it up and found a file that fixed the issue of crashing, but then I had a memory error. I looked it up aswell, found another "fix" and it was the same file. After replacing it, the game crashed again though.
I have no idea what to do and how to fix it. It definetly should not be because of my pc, but I honestly have no clue

@yearight What is this file that fix the problem? Are you talking about the gameconfig.xml? Because that's what usually fix these kinds of crashes.
