How do I get the 60 car garage in Single Player ?

That abilitt wasn't done by any modder yet, ask I'm not Mental.

@MrTuning2001 yu can still spawn the 3 floor garage with my last mod
also i plan do add more (i've one of 30-40 space ready that have never been used by rockstar )
