Either read the description of the video or use the search bar on the site you first came from. A.K.A gta5-mods.com because that's where every mod is usually stored.

@CSQ574 You're right, just tried finding them myself on the site and I couldn't find them.
Usually if a certain mod is not hosted on (say, GTA5Mods, then it'll probably be hosted on a site like gtaall. However, be VERY, VERY, VERY careful about which sites you choose to get your mods from. It's sometimes malware and viruses. You have been warned.
Hopefully this helped (I'd recommend checking gtaall first, go into the V section, or use the search bar and type 'spongebob' (without the ') to find what you're looking for. There's some mods for GTA 5 that normally aren't on this site. Who knows why? I don't know. But I'd still check gtaall before any other sites.
