Game crashes on startup (load screen)

Hi, I was adding a few replace mods to my gta, and when I loaded the game up, it started crashing similar to if one doesn't have a modified gameconfig installed. Any suggestions? Iv'e been trying to fix this for 2 hours now.
Might the changes to the vehicles.meta and handling.meta crash the game?Thank You!

k metas@NickMunoz It can. Be careful while editing them, one wrong or maybe deleting a part of another can cause a crash. I think it is some mistake in the metas. Usually replace cars do not crash the game. try reverting the metas and look if the (most likely bugged) cars appear and then carefully adding those lines back.
