Automatic spoiler question

Hi, i want to ask about automatic spoiler, because i can see for eg. Porsche Panamera 2016 has a automatic spoiler which is activated after reaching 60 kmh, so my question is where are files which are telling the game after how many kmh spoiler should be activated. I want to set this value to 1 kmh so the spoiler will activate quickly after pushing throttle, if somebody have experience with automatic spoilers, please let me know,
