The M&P9 is available here.
As for the Glock 23, I'm afraid one does not exist. However, similar Glocks does exist. An in a game like GTA V it will be hard to tell them apart, so maybe settle for something like a Glock 20? Here's one made for V.

@GTATerminal I always felt more at home with the Glock 23, since it's used by the FBI(as well as the Glock 22). Thanks for your insight, though.
BTW, the weapon is actually named MP9.

@ATP2555 Yea, I get that. I'm the same way. The Glock 19 is my favourite
But sadly sometimes you have to comprise, you know.Also, yea, I figured. I just looked at your title - since it has "M&P9" and wasn't sure if it actually was MP9 or M&P9.
