How to add multiple liveries to a car!

So the model I'm using is "https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/2011-unmarked-crown-vic" and when I opened the .ytd file there was only one cvpi_sign_1.png file. there wasn't any other cvpi_sign_xx.png files in the .ytd file! I tried adding a cvpi_sign_2.png to the file and that didn't work! When I get in game the Livery in the trainer is just equal to "-1". So at this time I'm completely stumped and all these tutorials online show it if you already have multiple xxx_sign_xx.png files This car is for a five reborn community!
