Rockstar Editor "Loading clip" loop

Before I begin, happy new year to everyone! Alright. Whenever I try to go to Rockstar editor and load a clip, it keeps on showing the "loading clip" with the loading indicator and doesn't bring up the editor. I literally searched everywhere on Google and tried everything, but no luck. A help would greatly be appreciated. Thanks.
