GTA V lags only with hq cars mods installed!Is there any fix/patch for this problem?

Hi to all,
I have a Asus f555lb laptop with i7 5500u processor,8 GB of DDR3,NVIDIA GEFORCE 940 M with 2 GB of GDDR3,the game is installed on a 256 GB SSD,and Win 10 64 BIT OS.When I play the game it runs fine ( with average of 35-40 FPS),but when I install hq cars mods,especially while driving a car in the city,the game runs with 18 FPS in some moments!
So I would like to know if there is a fix/patch or tweak that could allow me to play the game with installed cars mods with the same fps (35-40) as without the cars mod installed !
Please help me!

@player32 There is no fix. If you would think about it for a minute you should come to the same conclusion.

Time for a dedicated game machine running at least a GTX970 or equivalent... Better start saving if you really want to mod the crop out of V
