[Tutorial] - verify game file's - [Steam] + [Cd]
I have seen many people with Grand theft Auto V
They open Topics Game crash this, game bug there.
Here is a tutorial how to get your file's back Original.
Remove every mod you have installed.
[Steam - Tutorial]
Verify Integrity of Game Cache
1: Restart your computer and launch Steam.
2: From the Library section, right-click on the game and select Properties from the menu.
3: Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game cache... button.
4: Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes.
Important: One or more files may fail to verify.
This is normal for most Steam games. The files that fail to verify are local configuration files that should not be replaced as part of this process. You can safely ignore this message.
[Cd - Tutorial]
See if there is a "commandline.txt" file in the root of the game folder. If this file doesn't exist, you can create it by right clicking in the game install directory, select New and select Text Document. Rename this file to commandline.txt
Now right click the "commandline.txt" and add this inside
It should almost look like this
--I use a steam version because i do not have the Cd version.
There is also a second way to do this for Cd
[Cd - Tutorial - 2]
1: First, go where you have installed the gtav.exe
2: Now create a shortcut of gtavlauncher.exe, right click and hit proprieties, now you have to add -verify after your directory here an example
apply and save
--Important - Make sure there is a space between GTAVLauncher.exe AND -verify
3: Done, hit the shortcut and the verify will start!
