I have all the mods installed correctly but they wont load

I have all the Scripthook V's installed and the enhanced native trainer. I have also opened up a mods folder on Open IV with the update folder and the folders needed for car mods. I then did the DLC list and Extra title update and imported them back in and put the car folder into the dlc packs folder but when I go into GTA and put in the car name on the native trainer it says it couldn't be found. I had it working previously but had to delete GTA and re-install it and since then it hasn't been working,

Any suggestions as to why that would be?
