Install Ped - GTA V Crash

I Install it like the Description say it:

After i Install it the Game Says:
Please Reboot or reinstall the Game

something is worng with the files of the mod try fixing the game

@CSQ574 Did you use a mods folder?

The description on that mod is bad because it tells you to modify the original game files and it should be telling you to use a mods folder.
