Lip Movement by JediJosh doesn't seem to work anymore

It's as simple as mods can be, drag and drop into the scripts folder - I have all the required tools to make these script mods work, so I can't imagine the fault being on my end.
A lot of the recent comments say it doesn't work anymore, all*, of the recent comments actually.
The author doesn't reply to anyone, and it's forced me to stop working on my video series. Could someone look into fixing this?
For such a crucial tool in creating Machinima, I can't believe there's only one Lip Movement script.

@House-Rushton If you are trying to make some add-on peds have lip movement, some won't work as their faces are not rigged.

@Spud yea, I've noticed that. But it isn't working with Michael, or my Online Male that I recreated with Skin Control.
I just can't understand why it wouldn't be working, and I'm so new to modding that I don't know how to really trouble shoot the problem and of course, theres nothing online about it and the author isn't replying.
I've never had trouble with it before - thats what has me feeling like maybe the last update broke the mod? But even that doesn't make sense.

@House-Rushton That mod may have been made December 14th, 2016, 2-3 days before the update. I can't remember when it was released, I only saw it on the front page once and then I see you mentioned that the rest of the community complained it didn't work.
Obviously it's obsolete until he updates it. But the chances of him updating it are not likely, since I had an issue with one of his other mods (Self Radio, thing only plays music for 30 minutes and then it crashes.), I remember posting on his mod about this issue once, I don't recall getting a response back either.
Either he doesn't care, is too busy to respond, or he drops the mod as soon as it's released and forgets the mod was even released.

Exactly this! This guy JediJosh920 when releases any his ScriptHook.NET mod, when peoples reports an issue related to the mod they gets NO RESPONCE by JediJosh920 at all! Appears he doesn't even bother to reply a comment about any reported issues / bugs, nor even attempt to try fixing any of his older / very old script mods! This guy only releases a new mod, then he might do maximum only a minor update, and then he's gone and never visits back that mod's page anymore! It doesn't seems to be any other possible reason bug reports do any Jedijosh920's older do not get any fix at all! This really sucks!

tja it's not like he's getting paid to do it, he's just doing it for the fun of it
