Horn Customization

Is there a Trainer that can actually Customize the horn from other Cars like an Example have the Horn of a Ambulance to a regular car that sort of thing

If you're asking about sirens, Mayo won't let you add them to normal vehicles.
As for horns, navigate to Mayo/VehicleOptions/MenyooCustoms/Horns and select a horn sound.
