add on car problem

why the add on car always show invalid model even thought i follow the instruction step by step some time even cost the game crash, what should i do to fix it
( i have scripthookv and simple trainerV and steam version of gta5 )

The same thing is happening to me too and I don't know why. and if I have too many mods my gta crashes.
