Free Camera Mod?

I'm looking for a mod that enables you to manipulate the control of the in-game camera. So what I mean is, a mod that allows you to set the camera to any point in the map, or general area (instead of following your character from behind). but you can still maintain control of your character as well. (walking around, driving)

@ashishcw Oddly, I think they mean an idea that I am sure you mentioned when I started that mod.
I think they want the ability to move the camera to a fixed location and then to carry on playing the game with the camera in that fixed location.

Hey everyone I'm planing to make a new mod I have the idea from my subscribers. They commented they wanted a freestyle mod eg:bikefreestyle,footballfreestyle,skydiving etc. So hope you guyz help if yes please respond

Create a camera , attach it to player torso or whatever , change the positions and enable position sync etc
