So I have tried all of the fixes suggested, and even installed a completely new car mod, but it still doesnt work.
Any other suggestions

All other mods work, also cars that i have replaced also dont work

@Kenny_Loggins install latest game config .xml file , you can find it from this website. you need the latest one though.
may be this one will work: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gameconfig-xml-add-more-addons
if this one does not work find a more recent one. please report back if problem sovled.

If the car says "Invalad model" when spawning, you can do one or two things.
- You can reinstall the mods again.
- You can fix the carvarations and vehicle.meta. The car models should spawn with correct add-on values.

@J9090 and also find a compatible gamecongfig file. for your version of the game.
