More pedestrians?

I need a mod that increases traffic and pedestrians, but the ones that I have found on this website aren't working and they just crash my game, can someone help?

@Phoebe It can be done in gameconfig.xml, I think, But remember, increasing traffic and ped population makes your game unstable. Even if you have a good PC.

Alternate way:
Navigate to your doccuments/Rockstar Games/GTA V/
Open settings.xml and change <CityDensity value="1.000000" /> to higher
Eg: <CityDensity value="2.000000" />
