PROBLEMS WITH MODDING, PLEASE HELP

I tried with all mod types, thinking it was gta, I reinstalled. But no, none of it to run nothing but the nativetrainer, and a dll that does spawn the car DLC. can someone please help me ?? ATTACHED PHOTOS FOLDER. [Excuse my bad english]
