@LeeC2202 it was me but no one said anyting about finding one it would be so usefl with this tool you couldchoose the car you wanted to replace you were able to change the ingame name and reset to the original car and i really miss this tool beacuse it did it all for you in one step

I didn't remember the name on the thread.I think the problem is, only OpenIV deals with rpf files, so anything that deals directly with that file type, is usually left to OpenIV.
I wanted to create a tool to make addons but couldn't get any help on dealing with rpf files, so I had no way of creating the dlc.rpf files you would need to use. If that information was available, a whole collection of new tools could be written but it's like hitting a brick wall every time you ask about it.

Simply delete them out of the RPF and back to original cars.
