F14D Super Tomcat Redux Add-On issues with Wings rotation problem(Auto Air Vents problem)

Guys, I have the following problem:
I installed "F14D Super Tomcat Redux Add-On"
https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/f-14d-super-tomcat-redux-add-on

then I installed "AutoAirVents"
https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/automatic-air-vents-lateral-wings-for-various-vehicles

So I open "BackLeftAndRightDoorVehicles.cfg"
\ scripts \ AutoAirVents \ VehicleLists \ BackLeftAndRightDoorVehicles.cfg
add
F14D

then I ran gta5, spawned 'F14D' > pressed keyboard (in order to check if Wings rotation works)
Vents UP = O
Vents DOWN = L

and to my biggest surprise wings rotation does not work for me!!!! Wings simply do not move at all!!!!!!No reaction

I tried playing around with some recommendations people were giving like below:

For those having weird issues, it is probable that we have different "keyboard cultures". i.e. periods and commas may be reversed, which can cause issues when the script tries to read the ini settings. To solve this, simply change any periods (" . ") to commas (" , "). For example, change
Opening and Closing Speed = 0.01
to
Opening and Closing Speed = 0,01
Do this for all other settings that have a period and then save the ini file. The script should work properly after this. It is just a workaround until I figure out how to solve this issue automatically.

And it Did not help!! Wings still do not turn for my spawned F14

I have the latest Scripthook and ScriphookDotNET installed and I have no idea what else might be wrong????

@duration The automatic air vents mod is for add-on cars' automatic vents, especially Lamborghinis, like Aventador, Revénton and Murcielargo.

It's for opening air intakes like the one in below picture.

It's not for aircraft mods.

@FoxtrotDelta yep bro, + Lambergini cars wings are moving okay with this mod. But F14 jet Addon does not react on it and I tried already everything and I don't know what else to try (((((((

@duration you do know that, f14D was not designed to work with this mod. and vise versa. right?

@FoxtrotDelta yes bro, but I thought that if it worked for some people here(as a workarround for addon) I thought it might be a great chance it could work for me 2 (((((
