[vehicle] breaking the 330 mph limit?

i was messing around with speed mods and no matter what i did, i could never exceed 330 mph in a vehicle. I was using enhanced native trainer tuning engine to 400x and got stuck in halfway through 3rd gear in my super car, which leads me to believe that the physics engine is caping the speed. Is there anyway to raise this cap? Thanks!
