[Script] Vehicles near the Player appears on the Radar (MiniMap) like the SAMP!

I am new here in the Forum so I apologize for any error! I read the rules.
Remember that on some GTA SA MultiPlayer (SAMP) servers have a Plugin/Script/Mod that appeared vehicles that was close to the player? A small gray circle?... that's him!
I really want some modder to make this mod because besides being useful I needed to come with GTA as an optional option in the settings!
