How can i add water in a specific location?

I was wondering how can i add/remove water ingame from a specific location in gta v.

@map-editor-fan you need to edit this ;xml
GtaV\common.rpf\data\levels\gta5\water.xml
simply copy a <item></item> part of <waterquad>
past it at start, then remplace the MinMax X/Y value at your taste
in some way you need a coordinate shower IG, and pick the 4 corner coordinates of your water quad
(just change minmax value, leave the other as they are except if you wanna do some test)
