Iron Man / Tony Stark House Problem

Hi. I installed this: https://www.gta5-mods.com/maps/ironman-tony-stark-house, but when I go to the house I can't see completed house. Is it because I haven't finished GTA V's story?
For example, I miss the entrance road, robots, computers. But I can see a part of the house.

@enterspeed that not cause of gta story, it's cause you miss a requirments of the mods ( i guess it's something like incomplete objectlist)
