[VEHICLE] [WIP] Chevrolet c10 Towtruck Rusty

Made this this afternoon for fun while tryin to help a friend with addon problems ,
towtruck hook functionnal , dirtmapped , bullet holes etc ,
need lods , fix for hands on wheels , dials , and rope bug too (easy , not problematic) and need to understand some things in rockstar logic because hook is really low lol

Almost perfect replace for towtruck2! Are you planning to make stock model too?

Rims fixed , same for tow ropes
