FiveReborn - Cuff Mod

Can someone please make a cuff mod for FiveReborn? I am willing to pay $20. I've been waiting a while for one to be released but there is nothing. It would be much appreciated if someone made one.

It doesn't have to be made specifically for FiveReborn, because if it's needed as an .ASI then it'll have to go in the plugins folder. Or the root directory in GTA 5, so it'll work on both GTA 5 and FR. (FiveReborn)
However, I do agree it would be cool to have a handcuff mod.
