Missions won't start bug

So I have a handful of mods installed and most of them are car add-ons, probably not more than 10/15 mods.
So far every mod works fine but the problem is when I decided to start playing the campaign I wasn't able to start the mission, the issue is with all characters and all missions that are currently selectable.
I made a short video showing what happens or should I say what not happens when I try to start a mission.
List of some of the mods I remember installing ( wont include car mods since im certain they aren't the problem):
- script hook V ( http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/ )
- simple trainer ( https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/simple-trainer-for-gtav )
- zombieZ V ( https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/zombiez-v )
- Iron man mod ( https://www.gta5-mods.com/player/ironman-mark-v )
^these are only some of the mods, problem is the i am certain non of them are the issue since I have played the campaign with them installed.

Hey no one has responded hey heres an answer you have setup a mod folder the x64i x64e and x64w in theat folder with the updates in it right if so then just take that folder out then do it all over again then redo all the mods that all i have mt knowledge is very limited on modding so here you go have a nice weekend.

Sorry I can't help you - brand new to GTAV modding - but I wanted to say I've had the exact same issue now. I have VisualV, RDE, RWG, RVO and ERO, plus OpenAllInteriors v4.

same here... missions don't start if i disable the mods (using the folder method) they obviously do... tried the gameconfig linked in another thread but no good

I had this issue too after installing some mods. I fixed it by replacing gameconfig.xml in the update/update.rpf/common/data with a vanilla gameconfig.xml

Hey, same problem. I have set of mods, a graphic one and lots of vehicles addons. And i have that mod for unlimited car addons, only with it my gta works somehow. i tried everything already, need some help here

Same here nothing really happens no icons any more I think my issue is addonpeds or map editor everything was fine until I started screwing around with npcs I think need to maybe restore some files hmm story mission rpfs or something

Hey There,
This one just worked for me! I Already have about 40 mods installed, graphic things, cars , Gameplay Changers etc.
So i read in a forum that u cant mod Pirate Editions from GTA 5 so u have to verify it, because ur mod folder is stupid.1: Search for ur GTA Folder. Mine is located in this path :" C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V".
2: Search for ur :"PlayGTAV.exe" and create a shortcut.
3: Right click on ur Shortcut and click Properties.
4: Look for the Target Line (For me there stands this : "C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\GTA5.exe") and add an -verify behind it.So it should look like this (For me) :--> "C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\PlayGTAV.exe" -verify <--
(Within the Arrows)5: Save and close the Properties Window and start GTAV over your fresh created (-verify) Shortcut.
Your GTAV Launcher should Verify ur Files before it starts if u did anything right.... Found this as i searched for Pictures

@Twinns Thank U So much, bro! I was suffering after installing NaturalVision Evolved. I mean the missions wasnt starting. But the gameconfig you gave me really worked. TYSM Happy New Year
