Help I Need To Find The "Police" File In OpenIV

Hello, I need help to find the "Police" Files in OpenIV. I downloaded a Tahoe in my game, and I don't like it. The problem is I forgot where I downloaded. (No ReadMe) Please help me find the "Police" Files, Thanks

@ChrisF_ Which police car? police 1-4, sheriff, FIB? I dont think a sedan based car will be replaced by an SUV. Or just use OpenIV's search function.
